2. Services

ShiftSquad provides moving services including but not limited to:

• Residential Moving
• Office & Commercial Relocation
• Packing Services (on demand)
• Labour-Only Services
• Pickup & Delivery Services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
• Pricing may vary based on distance, volume, and service type.
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Full payment must be completed upon service completion unless otherwise agreed.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate details regarding locations, items, and service requirements.
• Ensure all items are properly packed unless packing services are requested.
• Valuable or fragile items must be clearly declared before the move.

5. Liability & Damages

• ShiftSquad takes utmost care in handling your belongings.
• However, we are not liable for:
  • Pre-existing damages
  • Improperly packed items (if not packed by us)
  • Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.)
• Any claims must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.

6. Delays & Cancellations

• Customers must notify us in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellation fees may apply depending on notice period.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport:

• Hazardous materials
• Illegal items
• Perishable goods (unless agreed)
• High-value items without prior declaration

Our services are available across Ontario, including:

• GTA (Greater Toronto Area)
• Kingston
• Gananoque
• Napanee
• Brockville
• Belleville

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected will only be used for service-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

ShiftSquad reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
